1.) What is all this hype about “the experience” at Choura properties?
First off I want to make it very clear that “the experience” is more than marketing hype. Our entire team makes a moment by moment commitment to embrace the guest's viewpoint at all levels.

2.) What is the experience based on?
Our belief in having a deep respect for the people we serve. And you know you're going to hear that, feel that, and be a part of that when you interact with our company. People are our window and we make our decisions because only people count!

3.) Can you give an example on how this would look?
Absolutely. I know when great service is happening by how we are being an advocate for our clients. Every week our event professionals are pushing for newer event products, creating different menus, and working through obstacles that the client might be facing. I just hear it from our clients that the people are serving them at a different standard.
